IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Assessments are essential in order to determine a students level.

• All children are individually assessed by one of our instructors against our criteria in order to group them into the correct Klim Swim level. We want to ensure that all children are allocated into appropriate levels for their skills in order to maximise their growth within the program.

School pool information​​​

• The pool is 25m and chlorine based

• There is limited space at the pool so we recommend waiting outside of the pool gates

• Limited parking, drop-off, pick-up is recommended

• Parents/guardians are responsible for placing their children into our instructors care at the start of each lesson and collecting them at the conclusion

• All students who are not toilet trained must wear an aqua nappy to class

Refund Policy / Makeup Sessions and Credits

• In the event that a swimming class is cancelled by KLIM SWIM due to lightning or other unforeseen circumstances, we will provide alternative options for affected students to ensure they receive the full value of their tuition fees.

• Schedule subject to change due to weather, coach illness or special event

• Prices include tax & service

• Pre-payment is required. If payment has not be settled in advance then children will not be able to join the activity

These options include:

• Makeup Sessions: Students can schedule makeup sessions during the current term to compensate for any cancelled classes.

• Credit for Next Term: If unable to schedule a makeup session during the current term, students may opt to receive a credit equivalent to the value of the missed class(es) towards their enrollment in the following term. This credit will be applied automatically and will reduce the overall cost of tuition for the subsequent term.
