Re-enrolment at Klim Swim is in the last 3 weeks of each term. This allows our customers the flexibility for day/time changes with out any long term lock in contracts. It also ensures our current customers have priority choice of changes, before we book in new customers.
Process is as follows:
- Staying same day/time: Third last week of term
- Changing days/times: Second last week of term
- New customers: Last week of term
You will be notified of these dates via email, newsletter and signs around pool deck. Please take note of these dates for the following reasons:
*If you cannot make your designated class during these weeks, please ensure to contact customer service on 9427 1770, or at email@example.com to confirm and pay for your spot for the next term.
*Your unconfirmed spots will not be held
*Any unpaid spots by the final week of term will not be held
*Please be nice and courteous if you plan to take a term off or decide not to re-enrol for what ever reason and let us know. This allows current customers more options for class changes, and we also welcome the feedback as to why you may be leaving us.
